Kona seems to be doing his own preparation for Sprout's birth. He follows Terra around the house constantly (we've taken to calling him Terra's shadow), he sometimes nuzzles her growing belly and he now sleeps in the baby's room.
In fact while we were a little sad to see our yoga studio go, we are really enjoying the new space and if you're looking for one of us you can often find us in Sprout's room, reading or chilling out in the gliding rocking chair.
The mountain picture is our day in Canmore between Christmas and New Years. After an incredibly busy month before Christmas, we took advantage of nice weather and clear roads and went for a lovely lunch at Harvest (fancy grilled cheese and soup with Chai Lattes), looked at a few little shops in Canmore and then took Kona to the mountain dog park. The fresh air did us all good!
